Hi friends,
Well, the tour is RIGHT around the corner and we are working at a feverish pace to get everything done in time! I'm putting in 16 hour days working on music, printing merch, booking and promoting shows and fund raising. Things are extremely hectic, but at the same time exhilarating. Many of you have asked about the t-shirt designs, so we've posted some mock-ups to give you an idea of some of the styles and colors that will be available. What's even better is that you can order yours right now by donating to our indiegogo.com campaign. For $25 bucks you get the EP, a sticker and one of the tour t-shirts. Tell your friends, tell your enemies! It's a space-age bargain!
As we mentioned previously, we are looking for a talented artist to do some custom illustration/design/typography for our tour t-shirts/posters/etc. To give you all a better idea of what we are looking for, we have uploaded some pics of stuff we really like. Who knows, you might already have a completed piece that could meet our needs. If you have any questions, please contact us.
As the new year approaches, I found myself sitting inside, looking through old folders and watching the rain drizzle outside my window. I stumbled upon the old Non Assault Message Medium Enjoyment Maxi-Single. This is the first Mr. Meeble release, and many of you, I'm sure, have never heard it. It doesn't sound much like our newer material, but it seems appropriate for 2011. So appropriate that I decided to make it a free download to all of you. Hello friends,
A BIG thanks to ALL of you who made it out to our show at CityScape last night. The reception was great and the feedback has been phenomenal. I was told that 800 people were there to see the show? Nice.
Those damn street lights really JACKED our visuals, but apparently people were happy to just watch us play our music. Weird. I've heard that a lot of the HD footage is nice - so perhaps a live video or two will make it on to the web for those of you who missed
